Overview

We are currently looking to grow our Named Account Manager Team to work with our biggest and best clients! This position will be in charge of assisting in all areas of growing and supporting Xima's global channel of resellers in North America. We are looking for someone who is familiar with telecom (preferably), B2B sales, and someone who can support and grow a portfolio of our largest and best clients.

Chronicall, VRTX, Xima CCaaS, and our other Xima products are exclusively sold through a network of 1000+ telecom resellers. These partners include Xima on quotes of phone solutions because our product and service are the best in the industry.

Job Duties

  • Comfortable demonstrating world class contact center solutions to C-suite executives
  • Develop new partner relationships through outbound call efforts
  • Proactive follow up with potential customers through pre sales, training, and trial activities
  • Comfortable discussing server, software, and other deployment design questions
  • Be main point of contact for a region of business partners
  • Conduct monthly outbound call activity to schedule training courses on new features
  • Maintain assigned regional partner list and keep them trained and educated on Xima's product offerings.
  • Create quotes/invoices for our NA/SA partner community
  • Bring renewed life into our inactive partners by displaying them the value of Chronicall
  • Upsell existing partners on new Xima solutions
  • Willing to maintain call and opportunity quotas
  • Able to document activities in Salesforce
  • Oversee assigned trials of Chronicall

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 + years of sales experience
