Collections Specialist - Work from Home

$18.00/hr to $21.00/hr (depending on experience) plus Monthly Bonuses up to $600-$1,000
$1,000 retention bonus

We are looking to hire people who have made a high volume of outbound calls, aren’t hesitant to pick up the phone, and want to find solutions to past-due payments. Requirements of the Collections Specialist:

1 to 2 years of outbound collections experience within the last 3 years is required.
Ability to provide above and beyond service
Independent problem solver
Confidence in hitting metrics, KPI’s and goals
Experience working with various computer programs

Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist:
Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments
Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them
Accurately record customer information into their accounts
