Vice President, Direct to ConsumerSandy, UT$200-250K/year, BaseA reputable and highly innovative eco-friendly product manufacturing company in Utah is looking to bring on a Vice President, DTC. This new role will lead the development of the digital DTC strategy and focus on customer acquisition and the growth of ecommerce sales through the company s own site functionality, UX, site merchandising, and any related experiences. The VP will also collaborate with the VP of Digital Commerce on marketing strategy, social media, and content strategy.The ideal candidate will have strong cross functional leadership with an in depth understanding of what it takes to grow and expand a Direct-to-Consumer ecommerce business. Responsibilities:Digital strategy for brand to drive revenue growth while designing the end-to-end customer experienceLead digital marketing teams to develop go-to market campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion, engagement, retention)Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive strategyGenerate brand awareness to drive revenue through influencer campaigns and social media strategiesExpand marketplace channelsDrive innovation through researching new revenue models, including new DTC ecommerce revenue models, new customer acquisition techniques and understanding evolving customer expectations Qualifications:10+ years consumer digital and ecommerce sales experience, ideally with a public companyDeep knowledge and understanding of digital and email marketing strategies, customer acquisition strategies, and skills to link back to LTVUnderstanding of site analytics, sales, and financial dataProven ability to manage, lead, and scale high performing teamsDemonstrate proficiency in P&L management, forecasting, and overall execution against sales forecastsIntense passion for working in growing consumer goods business with huge entrepreneurial opportunitiesPrincePerelson is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
