**Talent Acquisition Manager**Salt Lake City, Utah - **(semi-work from home option)**For over twenty years, this service-based provider, who is the industry s largest in the nation, has delivered advanced, efficient and customizable solutions to its nearly five million clients. We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, ready to meet our high-volume recruiting goals and develop new and creative solutions for our hiring needs.**In this role you will:**+ Serve as an expert on employment and recruiting practices by building strong relationships with various teams and hiring managers.+ Manage the recruitment life cycle process from sourcing strategy through final selection of candidates.+ Refine job descriptions and job posting strategies to maximize reach across multiple platforms and locations.+ Engage all team members and managers in the continual search for talent.+ Establish effective measurements to analyze cost of hire, cycle time to fill vacancies, diversity efforts, turnover, etc.+ Continuously follow-up with management to confirm hiring plans and candidates needs are met.+ Proactively advise and train all recruiters ensuring that best practices for identifying, sourcing, recruiting, and hiring of the best qualified candidates is achieved for all open positions,+ Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times.+ Participate in relevant industry events and job fairs.**Candidates who wish to be considered seriously should possess the following qualities and qualifications:**+ 5+ years of Recruiting experience+ 3+ years in a leadership position+ Bachelor s Degree in Business or related discipline+ Active and open networker in the social media space, with active profiles on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.+ Experience in designing, implementing, managing, and reporting KPI s as they relate to Talent Acquisition+ Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, statutes, etc. which govern employment policies and practices+ Knowledge of compensation strategies and practices+ Strong systems skills, including high proficiency in G-Suite and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and applicable Applicant Tracking Systems and databases.+ PHR, SPHR certification preferred**This Company offers generous compensation in the form of:**+ Competitive pay+ A benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance+ Employer-matched 401k plan+ Paid sick leave, time off and vacation days+ Flexibility to work semi remotely if needed with in-office attendance as required._PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
