This position will lead, analyze, design and administrate the compensation, benefits and HR operations. This position offers the opportunity to implement positive changes within employee benefits programs, and influence to enhance business processes.
This is the ideal opportunity for an individual with the desire to support all levels of employees through analytical research and planning to every aspect of the compensation, benefits and total rewards program. Here, you will have the chance to apply your 5+ years of benefits and 2+ years of compensation and HRIS experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required, CCP preferred.
Imagine yourself collaborating on Compensation & Benefits:
+ Analyzing and researching all aspects of trends and data in order to design and maintain positive changes in alignment with the business objectives, total rewards, compensation benefits plans and employee focused culture.
+ Regularly creating reports and benchmarks based on data and surveys from internal and external requests within compliance.
+ Overseeing operations of compensation, benefits, total rewards including evaluations, annual budget manuals, calculating benefits eligibility, external payroll interface, HR data audits and recommendations based on cost & trends analysis.
+ Providing solutions and information to employees, stakeholders, and clients regarding compensation, vendor administrated benefits, proxy statements, HRIS maintenance.
+ Maintains compliance of regulatory requirements relating to benefits, privacy, testing, etc. to ensure they are followed.
