So here's your opportunity.Instructure is looking for a detail oriented Sales Operations Specialist. As an important part of the Revenue Operations organization, you will help to streamline processes, implement improvements and help to plan for the ongoing growth of the sales team. You will identify opportunities by working with sales and leadership to ensure optimal team efficiency & productivity.Here's what you'll be doing:* Assisting Sales Reps with any Salesforce system issues that are hindering their work* Be the expert and "go-to" for sales reps on working within the entire Sales Tech stack* Updates and maintains Salesforce system documentation and Salesforce Best Practices* Acts as primary contact for all Salesforce reporting requests including support of metrics and revenue reporting, territory penetration and evaluation, support in preparation of marketing campaigns, and others as requested* Develops a solid understanding of sales department-specific business processes* Utilizes analytical skills to respond to requested additions/changes* Support data imports, database deduping and database cleanup for data accuracy* Work closely with the System Strategy & Ops team to ensure processes being put in place fit the needs of the team.* Assist in user testing prior to launch of updates to Systems along with creating documentation and training users.* Responsible for assisting in updating data to maintain data consistency with revisions to Salesforce.* Suggest process improvements for the Sales team's daily operationsSupport the data governance strategy to ensure account & territory alignment are reflected in the systems* Deploy the system to support the Sales Rules of EngagementHere's what you'll need to know/have:* 2+ Years professional experience* Experience with Salesforce* Knowledge of full SaaS sales cycle* Responsive & adaptable team player* Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills; credibility with peers* Proactive thinker with an innate responsibility to deliver on the end goal and objectives* Saas industry experience preferredGet in on all the awesome at Instructure!* Competitive salary, equity, and 401k* Employee stock purchase plan* paid medical, dental, disability, and life insurance* HSA program, vision, voluntary life, and AD&D* Tuition reimbursement* Paid time off, 10 paid holidays, and flexible work schedules* Gym club reimbursements and rewards-based fitness tracking* iMacs or MacbooksWe've always believed in hiring the most awesome people and treating them right.
