This individual would be driving strategy, managing process, making decisions on spend, and analyzing data.We are looking for an individual that is a high-level thinker focused on driving quality leads. You ll need to be comfortable with owning the paid strategy, lifecycle marketing, and leading our marketing ops and performance metrics.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop digital marketing strategies and work with the marketing team to ensure successful execution.Manage the digital marketing budget while increasing efficiency of spendDrive brand awareness through working with our internal marketing team and partner agenciesBuild campaigns across paid channels that increase brand awareness and generate enterprise MQLs (ie PPC, Paid social, retargeting, ABM)Lead marketing automation and touch points to move prospects seamlessly through the pipelineMonitor branding and voice content on all social channelsDefine, analyze and report performance to optimize digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
