Job Summary:

This position ensures service and responsiveness for Nelson Laboratory clients. This will focus on daily operational support for invoice processing and client account maintenance. It includes fielding customer calls and building customer relationships through excellent communication.

They will perform various activities to support the company's billing processes. Responsibilities include issuing invoices and credit memos, updating customer records, and sending out monthly billing statements. The Invoicing Specialist will also prepare documents, track expenses, and handle incoming customer calls.

Essential Duties:

General Responsibilities

  • Daily invoice processing
  • Customer account maintenance including invoice and PO reconciliation process and payment disputes
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and provide proactive solutions
  • Maintain integrity of client sales and account contact information
  • Payment application
  • Answer inbound calls from clients
  • Ensure first-answer service and responsiveness for clients
  • Guide clients on how to use Nelson systems effectively

Regulatory Compliance

  • Know and follow applicable regulatory requirements (GMP, GLP, ISO, etc.)
  • Know and follow company policies and procedures
  • Complete required training on time

Physical requirements:
