About the role
The purpose of this position is to develop internal and external Client relationships offering advice on current Global Geospatial provision with direct accountability for project delivery! The Geospatial Technician leads and performs measured surveys and 3D Scans for a variety of clients, including State and Federal agencies, and corporate companies.
The successful candidate will be personable, a very strong communicator and teammate. Additionally, they will be committed to their work and possess a positive outlook to successfully overcome the challenges associated with a project while maintaining high team morale.
This position will require frequent day and overnight travel - up to 50% and can be remote.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Architectural or Engineering Degree (US and/or Canada) preferred. Additional certification in Autocad / Revit, BIM modeling and digital twin preferred

The minimum salary for thisFCA Project Manager Geospacial position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for this FCA Project Manager Geospacial position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
