We are looking for a full-time Director of Sales to help to build a cohesive, collaborative, and successful Sales team. This job is in our corporate headquarters located in South Salt Lake. Your job as our Director of Sales will be to manage and lead teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and goals. This will include things like conducting regular weekly meetings to ensure execution of sales responsibilities, monitor CRM metrics and activity, conduct pipeline meetings with the team, work with accounts of all sizes, define and teach proper lead qualification and send leads to appropriate team members, and set quotas and goals with team members.

Most importantly, your job will be to mentor and train sales team members, recruit and hire top performers, and listen in and be present to provide feedback on proper sales and closing techniques. This will require that you establish the metrics to monitor and measure sales team members, and educate them on the metrics. You will also gather data about activity based selling and other metrics and reports through our CRM tool, NetSuite. You will need strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insight and action, be able to change direction quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment. The team will need to be provided with detailed focus on execution and quickly demonstrate results, and importantly, you must demonstrate integrity, honesty, and punctuality, and expect the same from the Sales team.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Here is some of what is required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in developing and training new sales representatives
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Tools, NetSuite
  • Able to type at least 40 wpm
