KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Non-IT Sourcing and Procurement to join our Finance and Accounting organization.


+ Lead a team of category managers responsible for the strategic sourcing and procurement activities for Non-IT spend areas such HR, Finance, Facilities & Real Estate, Corporate & Office Services, Marketing/Advertising

+ Build strong partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams and bring areas together to source collaboratively

+ Facilitate and promote the use of preferred suppliers across all categories

+ Continually reevaluate agreements and seek areas to introduce lower costs goods and services and opportunities to influence demand and introduce best practices; ability to train lead and mentor employees

+ Ensure internal legal review and risk management processes to develop and execute contracts with terms and conditions that meet Firm's standards

+ Maintain metrics, scorecards & KPI's on relevant areas like savings, turnaround time


+ Minimum ten years of recent experience in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement; minimum seven years of management experience

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

+ Experience with P2P; preferably Coupa; must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite, expert in PowerPoint; excellent organizational and critical thinking skills

+ Strong verbal communication and writing skills; strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical & negotiation skills

+ Adaptable and willing to work in a changing environment where continual process improvement is expected

+ Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and in both independent and collaborative environments, sound judgment and a high level of integrity and professionalism
