About the role
The Associate Project Manager will assist Project Management teams on capital project delivery and solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.
You will be working with a large, multisite client and will be responsible for replacing capital assets throughout the portfolio.

The minimum salary for the Associate Project Manager position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Associate Project Manager position is $77,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
