Our client base is global including USA, UK, Europe, South Africa and Australia.
As part of our growth plans we are in need of an experienced and resourceful New Business Development Manager - IT Staffing Services to help us startup the IT Staffing Services - IT Contingent Work Force Offering - as our next line of business.
You should have passion and willingness to grow and nurture a new line of business.
Developing and penetrate new business through meetings with key hiring/ recruiting managers and senior level executives.
Building meaningful relationships with decision making executives - CIO/ CTOs, Hiring Managers responsible for sourcing contingent work force/ IT Staffing services.
Maintain pipeline of prospective business.
Setting aggressive and achievable targets.
Grow revenue base and establish plan for future business growth.
Develop and manage all marketing assets, including written materials and presentations.
Should be hands on and ready to roll up sleeves to get on with the job.
Minimum 7 years selling IT Staffing Services / Contingent Work Force Offerings at the account level.
Proven new business development track record across all size accounts.
Having an existing network of potential buyers of IT Staffing Services/ Contingent Work Force Offerings.
Aggressive go getter with strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Strong time management skills with stellar follow through skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
Have a Bachelor s degree; all majors considered, advanced degrees welcomed, technical degrees a bonus
