We're seeking a Bilingual (Korean–English) IoT Sales Engineer to strengthen our presence across the APAC region, particularly with our partners in South Korea.
This role bridges technical expertise and sales strategy, combining solution design, partner enablement, and go-to-market support. You'll collaborate closely with Monnit Korea and APAC distributors to deliver tailored IoT solutions and drive revenue growth.

Lead customer demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) in both Korean and English, aligning IoT solutions to customer requirements.
Design solution architectures, proposals, and bills of materials (BOMs) with Monnit Korea and APAC partners.
Support outbound campaigns, event follow-ups, and channel enablement to expand the APAC sales pipeline.
Localize product and marketing materials to fit Korean and regional market needs.
Train partners on Monnit's sensor and gateway technologies and ensure successful deployments.
Act as the technical liaison between Monnit HQ and APAC customers, sharing regional insights with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Maintain accurate opportunity data in NetSuite and support pipeline forecasting.
Fluency in Korean and English (spoken, written, and presentation).
3–5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical pre-sales.
Experience supporting APAC enterprise or channel partners (Korea preferred).
Knowledge of IoT systems-sensors, gateways, networking, APIs, and dashboards.
Excellent communicator with strong technical storytelling and ROI presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with industrial IoT deployments or partner/channel enablement.
Familiarity with light scripting or data tools (Python, SQL, Postman).
Base salary $60–80k + variable (OTE ~$100k) + bonus
