Coordinate subcontracting studies; assist with biocompatibility consultation as needed, assist with logging in samples as needed, assist with customer written communication, and assist with status updates as needed.
Essential Job Duties
Assist in coordination of subcontracted studies
Update client on testing status
Assist with customer letters and quotes
Assist with biocompatibility consultation as needed
Assist with general customer status requests
Perform other duties as assigned
Must have at least a HS Diploma or equivalent.
This job operates in a professional office and lab environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, computer mouse, phones, photocopiers, projectors and file cabinets. This role occasionally enters into the lab to perform work.
