Quality Manager - Biomedical Salt Lake City, UT The Quality Manager joins a leading, well-established, biomedical procurement company. The position reports directly to CEO and will oversee all quality systems including; compliance, CAPA, documentation, SOP’s, manuals, master controls, records, etc. in a time sensitive biomedical/lab environment. A true people leader who can also independently determine and develop approaches and solutions to quality standards regarding products and systems. Candidate must have FDA experience coupled with 3+years Quality and lab experience with a biomedical company. Position based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Exposure/Activities of Quality Manager: Oversees all quality products and systems Develops in house quality procedures and systems Interprets applicable regulations and ensures compliance Oversees licensure with governmental bodies Oversees governmental inspector visits and post inspection follow up Contributes to the overall company strategy, playing an active role on leadership team Qualifies vendors Create a quality culture Skills & Abilities of Quality Manager Exceptional verbal, presentation and written communication skills Interact with colleagues, direct reports, Board of Directors and Leadership team Ability to communicate ones position clearly Operate with a healthy sense of urgency Demonstrated Project Management skills Deploy lean development practices Drive through results Flexible work style is required to meet deadlines Qualifications of Quality Manager Bachelor’s degree required Certifications desired from recognized quality bodies 3+ years’ experience in similar Quality role Demonstrated track record of leading team in FDA regulated environment Lab and Clean room experience required Proficient in MS Office Suite Experience working in cell and tissue space preferred Benefits for Quality Manager Medical.
