KPMG is currently seeking an Engagement Set-Up Coordinator, to join our Business Tax Services organization. * Provide support to a new and fast growing team in areas of client acceptance and set-up * Provide guidance to engagement teams of risk procedures and direct teams toward the appropriate risk personnel in each situation * Serve as point person for special projects and maintain spreadsheets used for tracking life cycle of client/engagement setup in real time * Serve as a subject matter resource for all risk management systems * Coordinate background checks and liaise with engagements teams to ensure data quality * Submit conflict check/independence clearance requests and client acceptances daily to ensure a quick turnaround * Minimum of three years of administrative and data management experience; preferably within a professional services environment * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player when performing group work and liaise with all levels of personnel within the firm * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to work overtime as necessary KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
