The Consulting Administrative Assistant is the contract administration and support role for the Technical Consulting Department. Primarily responsible for quoting (including issuing, coordination, and tracking of client quotes), Consulting Service Agreements (CSAs), tracking of client purchase orders, and invoicing. Additional responsibilities include assisting with maintenance of system records, quality agreements, general sponsor contacts, and support with coordination/preparation of presentation materials (formatting slides, submitting presentation materials).
Essential Job Duties
Competence in document review with the aim of representing and protecting the interests of the consulting group and its intellectual, physical, financial property including consulting know-how and other proprietary information and interests.
Must have the ability to independently direct own work load and prepare executive-level reports.
The ideal candidate will possess strong writing, communication, and people skills.
Must be available to work onsite fulltime and be willing to perform other duties as assigned.
The position will require collaboration with corporate executives, scientific staff, clients, and external resources to facilitate completion of processes and quotes, business agreements, and reports.

B.S. /B.A. degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training and/or work experience. A.A. / A.S. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three to five years' experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, writing and people skills. Ability to learn and use Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM applications.
Must be able to stand/walk for 30% of the day and 70% sitting or at a computer. Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
