B2C Digital Marketing Manager Salt Lake City, Utah A fast growing national services company located in Salt Lake City is looking to add a B2C Digital Marketing Manager to their team - reporting to a Director of Digital Technology. Job Description: The B2C Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the digital communication plan and go to market strategy for the entire lifecycle of a customer, from initial category and brand awareness to new market penetration. This is encompassing of go to market planning, communication programs and customer lifecycle campaigns. Objectives: Build out new campaigns and penetrate a new B2C market. Integrate new lifecycle marketing programs that could include email, SMS, direct mail, social media, to drive sales. Reporting on the success of lifecycle marketing programs to executive team. Utilization of a combination of demographic information, technology platforms, analytics tools, marketing campaign results, behavioral data, customer feedback, survey data, existing customer data, and/or prospect databases to identify and develop highly targeted audience segments. Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years digital marketing experience with experience developing marketing strategies and programs designed to increase sales and customer lifetime value. Effective communication and writing skills. Strong project and process management, organizational, communication and presentation skills. Creating, executing and analyzing. Digital marketing – including web sites, search, social media, email, CRM, database structure, statistical analysis and optimization.
