**Sr. Accounts Receivables Analyst**Midvale, UT$19.00/hr - $22.00/hr.A global, growing marketing technology company is looking for a **Sr. Accounts Receivables Analyst** to join its finance and accounting department at their Midvale location. We seek a motivated individual who is prepared to own the A/R aging for a portfolio of clients, including the performance of both the cash application and collections function.This AR Analyst will hold a primary focus on high-profile enterprise clients, making up a large percentage of the companys annual revenue. The right candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a business-minded view of the accounts receivable cycle.**Responsibilities of the Sr. Accounts Receivables Analyst:**+ Provide leadership and support to administrative and operational management+ Provide in-depth accounting support of all accounting functions including accounts receivable, payroll, accounts payable, customer work management and job costing+ Ensure accurate recording and recognition of revenue+ Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current projects+ Identify and implement process improvements/efficiencies+ Assist with contract bid preparations+ Provide weekly and monthly financial reports to leadership+ Assist in cross-training administrative staff+ Maintain open communications with customers, vendors, superintendents and other staff+ Verify internal consistency, completeness, and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents+ Lead in the compilation of information related to internal and external audit requests and inquiries+ Act as backup to the supervisor when needed+ Other duties as requested by leadership**Requirements of the** **Sr. Accounts Receivables Analyst:**+ Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred+ 2 years of accounting experience+ Strong knowledge of accounting procedures for accounts receivables, accounts payable and payroll+ Must possess an understanding of general accepted accounting principles and internal controls+ Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred+ Analytical, detail oriented, personable, professional and self-starter+ Ability to lead in a team environment as well as work individually+ Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and complete assignments with tight deadlines and minimal or no supervision+ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions+ Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures+ Strong ability to maintain top standards of quality and accuracy_PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
