As a member of the North America Channel Sales team, the Inside Sales - Renewals specialist will be tasked with capturing an increasing percentage of the outstanding StorageCraft software maintenance renewal opportunity. The primary focus of this position will be to ensure that every StorageCraft VAR and end-user customer is given the opportunity to keep a current maintenance agreement in order to be eligible for the ongoing benefits of technical support and product upgrades that maintenance renewals provide. A substantial part of the position will be completing outbound phone calls engaging partners and end-user customers to help close renewal opportunities. The successful candidate should have an understanding of a two-tier software distribution model, and must be able to work independently, and also integrate as a member of a team. The specialist will work as a component of StorageCraft's North America Channel Sales team. The position will also help members of the channel sales team to be aware of and close maintenance renewals with partners in individual territories.
