Executive Assistant Draper, UT $48K - $52K/year   A locally owned and operated land development company is seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant with an exceptional eye for detail.  Must possess extremely strong organizational skills and be able to keep track of and meet critical deadlines. Primary duties will be to provide administrative support to the Executive and assist in many aspects of the company with other team members.  Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant: Organize and manage calendars and important events for the Executive Update, organize, track, and enter data in proprietary software system Manage and coordinate all paperwork for acquisitions Assist with coordination of sales/marketing process and distribute material for projects Gather information and help create presentations for meetings Organize all incoming leads and do extensive research on potential opportunities Put together detailed budget comparisons for all projects Requirements of the Executive Assistant: 4+ years’ experience assisting C-Level Executives Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred Strong work ethic with eagerness to learn new skills Proven ability to track and meet deadlines on time is imperative Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills Proven ability to work in various software programs A proactive individual who is a self-starter and can work independently Possess integrity and honesty and maintain confidentiality Dependable and able to maintain a professional image Ability to work with others and be a team player Strong written and oral communication skills Benefits: Full benefit package Paid holidays Paid time off PrincePerelson & Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we do not discriminate against applicants due to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
