POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a high energy leader with a track record of driving revenue growth within a online sales organization. Overseeing the sale of social ads, brand integrations and display advertising on FamilyLink.com, the Vice President of Brand Advertising Sales oversees the monetization strategy of 60 million users. The ideal candidate will be based in NY or SF, but we will also consider other major metropolitan areas.

POSITION DUTIES
As the Vice President of Brand Advertising Sales, he/she must be able to:
Develop a Strong Sales Strategy: Develop the sales strategy to best leverage our assets, meet client objectives, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Execute Flawlessly to Exceed Quota: With the sales strategy developed, the Vice President of Advertising Sales must be able to communicate the vision and execute the sales plan flawlessly to consistently exceed performance targets.
Recruit, & Motivate Top Talent: He/she is responsible for recruiting top talent, and developing individuals to reach their personal potential.
Build & Leverage Senior Level Client Relationships: The Vice President of Brand Advertising Sales must be an industry leader who is active and visible within the online advertising community. He/she must have significant experience with both large brands and advertising agencies. He/she must be able to develop high level client relationships to create strong, deep advertising partnerships.

Qualifications: |
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with 5 years of relevant management experience.
Minimum of 5 years in online media with at least 1 year of experience selling social or mobile advertising.
Experience working for an online publisher preferred
A demonstrated understanding of client marketing objectives with experience planning, negotiating, and closing large, complex deals.
A management style driven by strong prioritization, communication, and analytical skills. Must be ethical and possess top notch coaching skills.
Proven ability to communicate goals/objectives, design and execute business plans, and interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
Superior presentation and public speaking skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possesses proven closing techniques throughout the sales cycle.
Must be articulate, motivated and organized.
Adapts well to change.
BA or BS required. MBA preferred.
